Growing up can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re managing anxiety, adjusting to major life changes, navigating a sibling’s disability, or trying to figure out who you are and where you fit in the world.

I help children and teens explore their identity, build self-confidence, and answer some of life’s biggest questions about who they are and where they fit in the world.

When life changes unexpectedly—such as a parent’s divorce, family transitions, or a new ADHD or autism diagnosis—I help young people process those experiences and adapt with resilience.

For those experiencing anxiety, I provide a safe space to understand their worries, manage overwhelming emotions, and feel more in control of their lives.

I also enjoy working with children who have siblings with disabilities, supporting them as they navigate the unique challenges and strengths that come with their family experience
